Bihar Vice Principal Recruitment 2025 Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)

• Minimum Qualification: Degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc Engg. / B.S.) or equivalent from an AICTE-approved university/institute. Only degrees obtained through regular mode will be accepted. Distance education qualifications are not valid.


• Desirable Qualification: M.Tech / M.E. / M.S. or equivalent from a recognized university/institute through regular mode only. Distance learning degrees will not be considered.

1. Written Examination: Objective-type test covering technical subjects, general knowledge, and aptitude. Syllabus and pattern will be detailed in the official notification.


2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will appear for an interview to assess their subject expertise, communication, and leadership skills.


3. Document Verification: Final candidates must provide original documents for educational qualifications, ID proof, and work experience (if applicable).


4. Final Merit List: Selection will be based on combined performance in the written test and interview.

A. One Time Registration (OTR)

1. To apply online for various BPSC examinations, it is mandatory to complete One Time Registration (OTR) on the official website of Bihar Public Service Commission: https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click on the New User Registration button to complete the OTR.
3. Only eligible candidates will be able to complete OTR after checking the official advertisement.
4. OTR needs to be done only once. It creates a unique profile for each candidate and allows them to apply for multiple exams easily.
5. An OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number. Please check your inbox and spam folder for the OTP.
6. Once registered, candidates can apply for any BPSC advertisement using the OTR User ID and password.
7. Multiple OTR registrations are not allowed. In case of duplicate registrations, your application may be cancelled/rejected.
8. If a candidate has already registered earlier, they do not need to complete the OTR again. They can directly log in using the same credentials.

Note:

• The name, father's name, mother's name, gender, Aadhaar, and other personal details filled during OTR cannot be changed later. Please fill them carefully.
• Required documents must be uploaded during the application process. These can be uploaded through a Digilocker Account.

B. Instructions for Digilocker Account:

1. Before completing the OTR, open your Digilocker account through the Meri Pehchaan Portal. If you already have a Digilocker account, go to the Consent OAMS page and log in.
2. To create a new Digilocker account, go to the New Sign Up option and create an account.
3. After login, give Consent to OAMS. Only after giving consent, the OAMS system will have access to your Digilocker documents.
4. You can upload required documents through Digilocker only after giving consent and linking OAMS.

• Domicile Certificate (if claiming Bihar State reservation)


• Experience Certificate (if applicable)


• Aadhaar Card or any Valid Photo ID (PAN/Voter ID/Passport/Driving License)


• PWD Certificate (if applying under disability quota)


• EWS Certificate (if applicable)


• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer (if employed)
